Coaching

COACHING FOR ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

  • For existing therapy clients, we provide a unique opportunity to add weekly coaching sessions to support you in between therapy sessions and assist you in reaching tangible life goals. 

    In our coaching sessions, we break down your larger goals into SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) goals with concrete, actionable weekly steps. This additional support is based on where you are in your therapy journey, and what you hope to achieve. While therapy works on dealing with the past and healing, coaching can help take you from where you are in the present to where you wish to be.

    Please note: Coaching may not be appropriate for all clients and is available by application.
